How do I sign up?
You can sign up simply by creating a retail account on our site.
How do I earn points?
- Roll One Rewards members earn 1 point for every $1 in product subtotal less any discounts applied. Shipping charges and sales tax do not qualify for earning points.
- Earn 5 points when you create an account. One time only.
- Earn 1 point each time you write a product review that is approved and published, limit 5 per day.
- There are other activities and events that are shown in your Roll One Rewards dashboard and throughout the site, once you are logged in.
How do I earn points from making purchases?
Log in to your account prior to completing your purchase. Points are earned at a rate of 1 point for every $1 in product subtotal, less any discounts applied. Shipping charges and sales tax do not qualify for earning points.
How do I use my points?
Use your points when you checkout in order to receive discounts on your purchase.
How do I look up my points balance?
Simply log in to your account. Your Roll One Rewards dashboard will show you your points balance and account activity.
I earned points, but I don’t see them in my account. What should I do?
Points are issued when your order is shipped and may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. If after 24 hours, your points are still not showing in your account, please contact Customer Service.
Do points expire?
Points accumulated on purchases at the rate of 1 point per $1 spent do not expire. However, some Bonus Points must be redeemed within the specified time window. If you have points that have an expiration date it will be noted in your point transaction history.
What are Bonus Points?
Bonus Points are awarded to Roll One Rewards members on special occasions such as birthdays. They can also be earned during promotional periods when earning rates exceed 1 point per $1 spent. Bonus Points must be redeemed before the expiration date specified at the time they are awarded.
Can I share my points with someone else?
No. Points are non-transferable.
Will I lose my points if I return items?
Yes. When product is returned in accordance with our Return Policy, points will be deducted from your account at the same rate they were awarded at the time of purchase.
Do I earn points when buying a gift card?
Yes. Points can be earned on the purchase of a gift card; however, points cannot be earned when the gift card is redeemed.
Are there any restrictions on redeeming points?
Yes. Points cannot be applied towards shipping charges or sales tax.
How do I update my profile information?
You can update your profile information by logging in to your account and clicking on My Account.
Do I have to use all of my points on a single transaction?
No. You get to choose how many points you would like to apply towards each transaction.
What happens if I return an item that I used points on?
The points earned from the purchase of the returned item(s) will be deducted from your account. Points redeemed on the returned item(s) will be credited back to your account.
How do I cancel my Roll One Rewards account?
