Roll One Rewards Terms of Use

ROLL ONE REWARDS - TERMS OF USE
Points are offered only to customers when logged into a retail account making retail purchases. Points make virtual points ("Points") available to registered users. The receipt and use of points are governed by these Terms of Use. By registering for or participating in Roll One Rewards, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Registration and Account Access.
To be eligible to receive points, you must enroll and register an account on our site. To access your points and account information, you must be a registered member and comply with these Terms of Use. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and making sure that no one besides you has access. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to participate in Roll One Rewards.

Providing Information.
To enroll and register your account you must provide a valid email address, your first name, last name, account password, gender (optional) and birthday (optional). If you choose to provide such information to us, you do so voluntarily, as you can instead decide not to enroll.

Taxes.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties or other governmental fees (collectively, "taxes") payable in connection with your receipt, redemption or use of points. If you do not pay the required taxes, you will be responsible for all payments of taxes that are later determined to be due. We reserve the right to collect applicable taxes from you at any time.

Acquiring Points and Bonus Points.
Unless specified otherwise, one point will be awarded for each $1 dollar spent on merchandise (pre-tax, excluding shipping, after all discounts and coupons are applied). We may offer you the opportunity to acquire Bonus Points, which can be awarded to you without charge on a promotional basis or earned during promotional periods when earning rates exceed one point per $1 dollar spent. Points will be deducted for returned items at the same rate they were issued. We will update your points balance approximately 3 to 5 days after each transaction occurs. We may restrict your receiving, use and redemption of your points in any manner, at our sole discretion. Points cannot be transferred to any other user or third party, and cannot be redeemed for cash. You do not own the points and have no title, interest or property right in the points. We reserve the right to change the way you may receive points or to discontinue Roll One Rewards at any time.

Bonus Points Expiration.
Bonus Points must be redeemed before the expiration date specified at the time of issuance.

Points Redemption.
You can redeem points for online purchases only. The value of points may only be applied towards pre-tax merchandise purchases. You get to choose how many points you would like to apply towards each transaction. The value of your pre-tax purchase must be equal to or greater than the value of the points. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or a cash equivalent, applied to past purchases, used for purchasing gift cards, or for shipping fees. If you return merchandise purchased with points, the points allocated to the item(s) returned will be credited back to your account. Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Additional restrictions may also apply.

Employees, Dealers, and Distributors.
Skate One Corp. employees, dealers, and distributors are not eligible to earn points on purchases made with their respective merchandise discounts.

Value.
Points have no "real-world" or cash value and are purely promotional. Points cannot be used retroactively for prior purchases. Unless and until you redeem your points according to these Terms of Use by applying them to a transaction online, you do not own or have any right, title or interest in your points.

Voluntary Account Deactivation.
If you voluntarily deactivate your account and have a remaining balance of points, those points will be expired.

Suspended Accounts.
If you violate these Terms of Use, we may suspend or cancel your access to and ability to use your points. We also may suspend or cancel your access to and ability to use your points if we suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with your account.

Posting Errors.
If we post points to your account for an activity that is subsequently voided or canceled, we will deduct those points from your account. You must ensure that we properly post your points to your Roll One Rewards account. If you believe you are eligible to receive points that have not posted to your account, you must contact us within 90 days of the date of the transaction. We may require reasonable documentation to support your claim.

Transfer.
You may not transfer your points to anyone else. Your points may only be used by you for your own personal benefit. You cannot combine your benefits with the benefits awarded to any other person.

Individual Use Only.
Only individual consumers are eligible for the points for their personal use. Accordingly, points are for individual, personal use only and are not available to bulk commercial buyers.

Changes to this agreement.
We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement as we see necessary, for any reason. Changes to Roll One Rewards Terms of Use will be posted on this page.
